We got this for our daughter's playroom and she's been spending so much time in it. She brings her books and stuffed animals inside and just hangs out. It looks really nice in the room too, which is a bonus because most kids' stuff isn't exactly pretty. Really happy with this one.
Evan D. · Verified buyerI bought this for a corner in my living room that always felt a little empty. It's exactly what I was looking for. The shape is so pretty and it looks much more interesting than a regular stool. I've already had a couple of people ask me where I got it. Very pleased with my purchase!
Lynette M. · Verified buyerThis was my first time ordering from Dreaming & Living and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I had a question about my order and the customer service team was very helpful. Everything arrived safely and I'm really pleased with what I ordered. It's nice to find a store with so many lovely things for the home. I'll definitely be browsing again!
Margaret P. · Verified buyerIt's December 1, and the kids are already hanging around the calendar before breakfast.
A lot of advent calendars give you a quick bite of candy and then it's forgotten. This advent calendar gives kids a figure to hold, look at, and keep, which makes it a little different. The 24 compartments are numbered and decorated with festive pictures, so finding the right door is part of the fun. Inside, the capybaras wear different outfits, like a Santa suit, pajamas, a cowboy hat, and an astronaut-style suit.
Why is this advent calendar so popular?
Ideal for:
Kids ages 3 and up who love capybaras, capybara fans looking for a Christmas countdown, and parents who want a calendar with toys instead of candy.
What age is this advent calendar for?
It's recommended for ages 3 and up. The figures are small parts and a choking hazard for children under 3 years.
What's inside each compartment?
Each of the 24 compartments holds a 3D printed capybara figure. The figures wear different themed outfits.
How big is the calendar box?
The box is 29.6 cm long, 24 cm tall, and 5 cm deep. Each mini box is 4.5 cm wide.
Is it suitable as a gift?
Yes, it comes as a ready-to-give advent calendar in a festive Christmas box.
