We got this for our daughter's playroom and she's been spending so much time in it. She brings her books and stuffed animals inside and just hangs out. It looks really nice in the room too, which is a bonus because most kids' stuff isn't exactly pretty. Really happy with this one.
Evan D. · Verified buyerI bought this for a corner in my living room that always felt a little empty. It's exactly what I was looking for. The shape is so pretty and it looks much more interesting than a regular stool. I've already had a couple of people ask me where I got it. Very pleased with my purchase!
Lynette M. · Verified buyerThis was my first time ordering from Dreaming & Living and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I had a question about my order and the customer service team was very helpful. Everything arrived safely and I'm really pleased with what I ordered. It's nice to find a store with so many lovely things for the home. I'll definitely be browsing again!
Margaret P. · Verified buyerIt's December 1, and everyone's rushing to see what's behind the first door.
Counting down to Christmas can get repetitive when it's the same treat every day. This Christmas advent calendar swaps that for a different squishy axolotl each time you open the box. The figures are soft and slow-rising, so they're fun to squeeze and watch spring back. They come in lots of colors and faces, which makes it easy to pick favorites or swap with a friend.
Why is this advent calendar so popular?
Ideal for:
Kids who like squishy toys, parents looking for a toy-filled countdown, and axolotl fans of any age.
How many figures are inside?
There are 24 axolotl figures, one for each day of the countdown.
How big are the figures?
The larger figures are 2.36 inch tall and 2.17 inch wide. The smaller ones are 1.97 inch tall and 1.77 inch wide.
How big is the box?
The box is 10.39 inch long and 7.36 inch high, so it needs a bit of shelf or table space.
Are the figures all the same?
No, they come in varied colors and faces, so each day's figure looks different.

Picture a child counting down the mornings and reaching for the next axolotl before breakfast. This advent calendar fits right into the weeks before Christmas, and the figures are just as fun to keep afterward.
